Hello Doctor,my child is 5 years 10 months old I'm giving her one cup of Buffalo milk but one of my friends told to me that stop giving milk.what should I do can I give her one cup of milk

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. Protein content: Buffalo milk is very high in protein content and hence it is not recommended for small children and the elderly. cow milk is best
