Hello Doctor My child is 4 yrs old.He is hyperactive and aggressive. Suggest me what should we do?

A. hi parent reduce her intake of sugar salt and wheat. don't. use maida and packagd items keep her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water Every hour when she's awake use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the
