Q.

Hello Doctor, my breastmilk gets lower in night, my baby is just a month old, he takes almost one hour to feed in night.what should I do? Also he doesnt cry after the feed and have 10 wet diapers a day,does that mean he is getting enough milk or we need to check the weight regularly?

A. If the baby is passing urine for atleast 6-8 times in a day and is gaining weight and is active then there is nothing to worry about. The baby is getting enough milk to drink. Always feed your baby on demand. Always keep a track of your baby's height and weight.
