Hello Doctor My breast milk supply is null it’s in drops now that too from only one side I m mom of 4 month old boy he has completely stopped drinking BM doesn’t latch only so milk production is reduced completely I m taking lactare capsules healthy diet shatavari powder but no use I m completely depressed as I m unable to produce milk what to do plz suggest At least I can express n give but no production of milk so how can I express I want to restore the milk supply plz guide

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. along with medicines it is also important to keep a positive frame of mind and drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday and kindly meet lactation expert who will guide you

Leptadene tablets twice a day with glass of milk daily for four weeks
It's ayurvedic.
take sunbath daily
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Dont use packaged and processed food, maida items, excess sugar and salt, antibiotics and antibacterial items
