hello doctor my baby when she eats after 2 and 3 spoons she started vomiting please suggest what to do

A. Give your child enough fluids and clear steer the bowel movement. feed in intervals of 3-4 hours and make sure the child consumes enough fruits as well. Try and avoid oily and heavy foods for a day or 2. if not check with pead for deworming agent
