hello doctor my baby weight at birth was 3.5 kg and now his weight is 4.1 kg at 50 days old. is it normal or not

VishruthaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi momma, babies should double their birth weight by 5th month and triple birth weight by 1 year. So 300 to 500 grams in a month is good weight gain. Check with your baby's pediatrician on the next vaccination visit. Feed baby every 2 to 3 hours or on demand. Burp after every feed. Give tummy time daily few minutes multiple times.
