Hello Doctor, my baby now 2 months and 11 days old.He always crying after feeding,during sleeping.A local doctor prescribed colimax drops.But most of the time crying so can not give this always.what should I do.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. ij sl small babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe
