hello doctor my baby is vomiting after feed.he is 25 months old now... not eating properly since few days...

It Could be a possibility that the child is not able to digest anything that you are giving so you can give emset to the child as of now that’s going to help in controlling vomiting but if it is continuous even after then you should consult your doctor ones for that
