hello doctor my baby is now 3 yrs n one month today she is having red spot I shown the same to the doctor n dermatologist they told that she is an allergy through food. some spot are gone but again come what to do

A. Hello mom this could be due to some allergy , monitor if any partiular food or ingredient that she might be having that could possibly cause the trigger for it
