Hello doctor my baby is just 22 days old I m trying to give him my feed but my breast milk not coming aa per he want what should I eat

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, try lactate capsule or cure perium powder to increase breast milk. take high protein rich food. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often.
Have fluids before and after breast feeding.

take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic oats ragi drumstick sabudana dalia..
to increase milk..
more you nurse milk will increase..
