Hello doctor! My baby is going to turn 1 year tomorrow. But still my belly is as big as like when I was pregnant. I had cesarean delivery

A. Eating a healthy diet rich in vegetables, fruits and whole grains may help reduce abdominal obesity. Avoiding saturated fats and big portions may also help. If possible, do 150 minutes or more of moderate aerobic activity each week to increase weight loss.
