Hello Doctor my baby is getting vomoting and fever also have fever ?

A. hi, Vomiting with fever occurs frequently in infants and small children. Viral and bacterial infections most often cause vomiting, Give syp vomikind 2 ml 2 times a day, n syp crocin 250 mg 2.5 ml fir fever in 6 hours. meet ur doctor
