hello doctor my baby Is feeling discomfort in his stomach he don't have stomach pain but he feel like doing motion again and again but he feels very tight. once he did motion in which everything came as it is( indigestion).also he is getting continuous hiccups. should I give colicaid to him.I gave him cumin water also

today he did very little and hard stool
also he puts pressure while passing urine
