Hello doctor.. my baby is a premie born at 35weeks.. now he is 3months old with 5.3kgs weight.. my doctor suggested us to start cerelac after 10days.. every body saying that it's not good for baby.. what should I do now please help me doctor..

A. good evening I would request you to please mention if there is any other specific problem as a result of which your doctor has asked you to introduce cerelac because it is usually said that you should give only mothers milk till 6 months
