hello doctor,my baby is 9 month old.His weight is 8kg 550grm.his weight is correct for his age.

Rachel DeepthiMom of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. hi mom the current weight seems to be good. make sure the birth weight doubles by 6 months and triples by 1yr. do not over feed the child for sale of weight gain.

babies weight gain depends on their birth weight.
usually they gain double their birth weight by the age of 6 months.
and ideally ,9 months old baby should have weight between 6 to 9 kg.
so don't worry your child weighs normal.
