Hello doctor, My baby is 74 days old. She is suffering from cold sometimes I hear different kind of hamming sound from her. How to overcome that

A. t-minic drops to the baby yyf scold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby
