hello doctor my baby is 7 months old he is having white spot in his cheek and neck.. what do you suggest

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityrihuasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skyin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
