hello doctor, my baby is 7 months old and he is very active. my question regarding food especially for dinner I usually give dal rice or some vegetable rice nowadays he wakes up by 12.30am and plays and again I feed him, again he wakes with a gap of 1.5hr or 2hr asks for feeding. I feel I am not providing proper dinner. kindly provide some suggestions

A. hi, that's natural, n developmentally normal to wake up at night at least through the first year and often for quite a while longer. give a good dinner n feed well right before going to sleep
