A. hi j milk duct gets blocked. sucking action of baby is the most effective remedy. try different feeding positions too to empty breast completely. make sure your baby drains the breast completely. avoid congestion. watch and palpate for any hardness in breast due to blocked duct, redness, pain , fever. then immediately consult gynaecologist.

A. good morning I would recommend you to try using electronic breast pump to express the milk this will to make sure that you are not having problem of milk binding
