Hello doctor, My baby is 6month+ He is having a very hard stool after giving solid food and also while doing he is very crying due the pain he feels. Please please suggest me some to get rid of my baby problem๐๐ป

Look what happens is when we start giving semisolid food but do not give sufficient amount of fibre water or fruits the motion becomes hard and thatโs natural to try and include more of liquid buttermilk coconut water you can also give good amount of fruits which are rich in vitamin C citrus as well as good amount of water into them that should surely be helpful
