hello doctor...my baby is 6 months old now..so can I give Amul Gold milk by adding little amount of water in that....? is it good for health ?? bcz breastfeeding is not sufficient for her... can u pls suggest ?

A. Hi parent Preferably A2 desi cow milk should be given. It's beneficial and easy to digest. Don't use RO water Try to improve your BM by ayurvedic remedies. You may opt for formula milk powders..
