Hello doctor my baby is 6 months from morning is getting yellow pus from right eye since evening eye is some what swelling and some redness baby is fussy not even sleeping could you please help me am sharing his eye picture

A. this could be kind of infection which needs to be examined first then only proper treatment could be given with medical supervision so please talk to your doctor till then maintain good hygiene .
