Hello doctor, My baby is 5 month old and six month is about to start at 30 August , how should I take care of my baby and what should I feed him?

A. dear parent, top food should be introduced only after completion of 6 months which is from beginning of 7th month. Until then you should continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby. there is no advantage of early introduction of top food.
