hello doctor my baby is 4 months old after vaccination my baby is crying alot and suffering from fever 37.8℃ he is feeling very painful at vaccination area

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 4 months old and he has received a vaccinations and got a fever and pain so he is crying a lot so give him 1 ml paracetamol three times a day and apply ice cube at injection site for three days

That’s Normal fever need not worry about it just give paracetamol to your child and you can repeat the dosage of the medicine every six hours if needed and also just rubbing ice cube on to the area where the vaccination has been given that is also going to help in reducing down the pain and swelling as well
