Hello Doctor! My baby is 4.5 months old. I had a CS delivery, its second CS, my 9 years old daughter is also there. I have pain in knees when I get up from floor and also. back ache is also there, my age is 36 years. I was taking B complex and calcium which is just stopped, now which vitamin should continue, till what time? my HB is 11.5. Thanks

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well this pain is due to a arthritis. ut will gt better. cut on salt.If you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout
