Hello Doctor, My baby is 4.5 month and is littering 4 times a day since 3 months. He put everything in his mouth like eating fingers, clothes etc. is it due to teething? suggest remedy for same

A. hello ma'am yes this can be a sign of teething please keep the kid t surroundings clean and keep washing the hands of baby after short intervals as loose motions are caused because of stomach infection when kids put their dirty hands into mouth.
