hello doctor my baby is 3years 11 months old suffering from viral fever from 10 days in middle 2 days she was ok now again it started she is having 39.3 continously the temperature is not droping I have given these medicines to her then to please suggest what to do now she is having very high fever and cold and severe cough please suggest

A. you have to meet the doctor again because a follow will be required to assess the condition of the patient after 3 days the doctord will tell you whether there will be same medicines to be continued or whether there will be change in medication for the patient. also it will helpf in understanding the improvement of the patient .
