hello doctor, My baby is 3months old. Mixed feeding. Both breast milk and formula feed. For the past 2 days . His poop is little watery .It looks yellow and green . Some portion of stool is yellow and some portion is green and it is watery. Usually his poop will be in yellow and thick since he is also formula feed. I'm worried on this. my son also taking protectis baby drops for 10days as doctor suggested. Is it due to that??? can any doctor by clarify me on this

if you are giving some quantity of bottle milk also the chances of infection cannot be ruled out okit is quite natural small babies will be passing loose motions no need to worry about them as long as the baby is on mother's milk that chances of infection will not be there
