Q.

Hello doctor My baby is 30 weeks premature baby born with weight 1 kg. Now 9 months with weight 6.2... what kind of food should I give to improve my baby’s weight? Please suggest diet plan..

A. Hello mom as he was a preterm baby hence the weight gain would be slow and that’s normal to expect as well . You can gradually give a mix of liquids and semi solid consistency foods and as the baby accepts it well you can move to solids and soft diet .
