Hello Doctor, My baby is 3 months 25 days old. she has been doing too much potty more than 15 times since yesterday and putting her hand in her mouth. Also, she is not feeding properly, getting very irritated, sleeping very less. please suggest something.

Teething may have started to happen probably which is why your child is irritated and your child is having lose motions also so please kindly consult your doctor regarding the situation they can help you with medications that you can follow that is going to make your child feel better and will help in stopping lose motions
