Q.
Hello doctor My baby is 3 and 17 days old. Last one month she gained only 400 gms weight. Doctor suggested formula alond woth breast feed. Started formula from yesterday. And today she vomits 2 times. She is not liking bottle feed too. And i am getting enough breast milk also but she drink only 10 minutes at a time, after 1 hour again she will hungry. Could you please suggest what to do.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. if child is not gaining proper weight you need to consult your doctor to rule out the cause and most of the time it could be klbecause of nutritional deficiencies like nutritional anemia and some other factors like malabsorption any chronic disease like congenital heart disease or some chronic infection specvially urine infection or worm infestation should be checked if required .
