Q.

Hello doctor,my baby is 2years 4months old.She is suffering from fever since morning.I have given her paracetamol.She is also coughing.Its a dry cough.please suggest some medicine for the coughing.

A. give syp septilin Or dyp honitus for cough n continue with paracetamol dyp for fever.. it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management if no relief
