Q.
Hello doctor, my baby is 27 months old her poo smell bed and also passing tools only one time.. From last 3/4 days she is not having any food only 2/3 bites that’s it.. But she is active playing toys and all.. is any serious matter or any syrup I need to give her for digestion please suggest??
