hello doctor my baby is 220 days old. she didn't pass the motion last 2 days. Is it normal or do I need to consult a doctor

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies. you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and c cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear Many newborns have at least 1 or 2 bowel movements a day. By the end of the first week, your baby may have as many as 5 to 10 a day. Your baby may pass a stool after each feeding. The number of bowel movements may go down as your baby eats more and matures during that first month.
