Hello Doctor, my baby is 22 months old, she is having food with saltless mostly. can we increase the salt content for baby. thank you

A. yes, as she is now 2 years old, you can add little salt in her diet. give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.

A. Hello good evening !! If you feed your baby with less salt separately cooked recipes other than family foods then you can introduce family food recipes with required tastes means salt, spices as required. But taking less salt and oil, spices is best and suggested for babies.
