Hi See you are a two-year-old child 13 KG is on the positive side of minimum 12 kgs good enough 13 is very good for the child so I don’t think so your child is gaining weight slowly so of course your child is gaining good enough still if you have any confusion then you can take a diet plan with a nutritionist once
