hello doctor, my baby is 2 year 5 month old now. but like other babies he doesn't start to speak . he used to speak his own language . he used to speak a, b c , a for apple b for ball etc a to z , 1 to 10 . he reminds all these things . but he doesn't say like mma i want this thing , if he want any thing he used to pull me upto the place from where he need any eatable item , i used to remain in stress . is there any possibility of ASD for my child?
