Hello Doctor , my baby is 2 year 3 months old , he is still saying — mumma ,dada , chacha , etc .. But in gestures he is explaining everything.. He knows A-Z , animals , fruits , Colors etc And upon showing the picture he is responding correctly Infact in kitchen he knows where the namkeen, biscuits are … He is trying to speak more, but still no progress What should I do ?

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Hello, there. As you're showing the progress of your Child here, I don't think there is anything to be worried about. Once he will go to the school, here will be more active and start speaking fluently as well
