Give lukewarm water after feeding anything. Give more fibre and calcium rich food. Give home-made hot and fresh food which is good for growth and immunity. Avoid biscuits and snacks until baby completes three years. Make snacks using vegetables and fruits which is healthy. By doing this way they will also get habituated to the vegetables and fruits. Since baby has completed one year you can start giving all type of food which you prepare at home there is no restriction but when you’re trying food for the first time try with a small quantity and gradually increase it.
