hello doctor my baby is 19 months old he is not eating anything just eat 1...2 bite of food then he will say no which syrup should give .ty

A. Liv 52 should be given to the child if you want to apart from that also I would recommend you to give different varieties of food to the child as it is not necessary that your child is not eating because of you know lack of some nutrition or supplement sometimes it could be just you too similar kind of food that you offer
