Q.

hello doctor....my baby is 15 months old and he don't say even Mumma papa etc....but he clearly understand whatever instructions are given to him.is it a matter of concern.....I am so much worried about his speaking

A. thats ok.too early.See when baby has any new complain then better avoid any self medication. Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.See with babies not every thing will go as per rules.each baby has her own speed to learn and that's ok

A. Hello dear parent! Few babies have delay in their speech milestone and it is normal as long as your baby is active and healthy and trying to respond. Communicate more with your child. Keep telling stories and sing and play together. Encourage your child to express and respond in one word. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Few elders suggest to give a teaspoon of honey in the mornings for better health and speech.
