hello doctor ,my baby is 14 month old ..she has highy fever around 100 ya 101 ...bhot garm ho rhe hai , fever khabhi utartha hai ya khabhi cherta hai what to do

A. it is the infection moslty viral . Fever is when the temperature is more than 99 °f . Give paracetamol for fever of any and can be given 3 to 4 times in a day . If temperature does not comes down in 2 days then baby need a proper examination.
