Hello Doctor, My baby is 10 months old. His teeth has not come yet and also weight seems to be less than the normal standard. What are the foods to be given for weight gain and for teeth formation?

A. Hello mom babies even teeth after age of 1 as well , so not to worry on that . full term baby is expected to almost double their birth weight by age of 4 to 6 months and then triple by age of 1 ,

A. Dont worry about teeth. Some babies can have a late teething even after one year of age which is perfectly normal. Genetics could play a role here. If u or ur hubby were late teethers then so could the baby too. Regarding weight, u can give bananas, sweet potatoes, potatoes and keep feeding breastmilk.
