hello doctor my baby is 1 yr and 9 months old she get condition of dysuria and i gave all types of liquid and medicine can you please suggest me something

reasons been such as ,
using outside unhygenic toilets,
tight clothes,
amy sort of urinary tract surgeries, as such
some medications as well,
