hello doctor my baby is 1 yr 4 mnth old uska weight 10.1 kg he use potty ka problem he potty dry or kadak aata he uske wajese din me 4 to 5 time potty karta he or potty karne k liye rota he fir rashes ho jate he potty k jagah pe davai se bhi farak nahi ho raha he use

A. Diet. The culprit in many cases of toddler constipation is a diet that's too heavy in processed foods, dairy, and sweets, and too light in fiber (like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables). Not getting enough fluid can also lead to constipation, because it makes the stools harder. Any change in diet -- such as when your toddler transitions from breast milk or formula to cow's milk or starts eating new foods -- can also affect the stools
