Hello Doctor My baby is 1 year and 4 months old. From the past few days her motions are coming very watery and she is also not eating anything but little breast milk. She is getting weaker and thinner. kindly suggest some remedy to stop her watery motion

A. u c infectionFurther It is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby
