hello doctor..my baby is 1 month and 6 days old and has a cold, cough, and fever. Which syrup can I give him?

You cannot give any medicine to the child without consulting the doctor if your child is having this issue you may as well get the child examined by the doctor because they can actually understand very well what is the reason behind they can suggest to the treatment according to that
