Hello Doctor My baby having age is 2.4 years She is not sleeping early in night Sleeping around 12 AM in night and morning wake up time is 10 or 11. Please suggest anything to make a habit of early sleep. Thanks in advance

A. for big children it is important to increase the physical activity of the child during the daytime and also see that the child is drinking plenty of water and is having a good diet just before sleep but at the same time the diet should be easily digestible and not verdy heavy diet which is causing more gas formation because that also can lead to digestion problem and that can disturb the sleep. also it is important to look for any environmental disturbance which dis affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the mattress problem
