Hello Doctor, My baby has some infection on his cheek, please tell me the possible reason and remedy. I am attaching the photo for your information.

photo is not that much clear
such things happenes because of allergic reaction to something like fabric food or cosmetics, heat or sweating or Fungal Infection
you can apply thin layer of coconut oil or apply baby soothing Calamine lotion there
