Hello Doctor, My baby girl is of 5 Mons & 12 Days. i started giving her one spoon of Cerelec Rice once a day. What more can I give to her at this age because I feel only mother milk is not enough for her in quantity. Please do suggest. Thanking you.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. hi, first of all.. complementary food should be start after competing 6 month only.. but as you already started.. so no need to give one more meals at this age.
if your breast milk is not sufficient.. offer formula milk.
